Experiencing mathematics ! is an international exhibition realized, in 2004, by Centre•Sciences and initiated and supported by UNESCO.
To make the exhibition accessible to young people, the contents have been limited to interactive hands on objects, pictures, videos and demonstrations.
A bilingual exhibition
The texts accompanying the exhibition are presented in French and English, but they can be freely translated to suit the locality in which it is presented.
Workshops, demonstrations, catalogues, bibliographic and historical references complete the exhibition. And this site offers you some others resources to know more.
Since 2010, a virtual exibition Experiencing Maths.org accompanies the exhibition, presented also in Portuguese, Catalan and Arabic languages.
Since 2013, it can be also be completed by a new exhibition Mathematics of Planet Earth realized by Centre•Sciences and Imaginary
